Saad al-Ghamdi was born Saad bin Saeed bin Saad al-Ghamdi in 1968 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. His parents were among the people of piety and piety, and the Koran had a special status and great rank, which affected the psyche of Saad al-Ghamdi and contributed to the formation of his personality at an early age, took care of the Koran and cared for him, and devoted his time and effort to study its rules and knowledge of its provisions.

Thus, Saad al-Ghamdi received his primary education in his hometown of Dammam. He attended the Mosaab ibn Umair Primary School, then the Al-Faisal Preparatory School and the Shati Secondary School. After successfully passing these stages, he joined the Faculty of Shari'a at the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Al-Ahsa, studied the fundamentals of religion academically, and graduated in 1410 AH.

After graduating five years, Sheikh Saad Al-Ghamdi was able to complete the memorization of the Holy Quran in full, in 1990. Two years later, he was granted a leave of attribution by Hafs from Aasem by Sheikh Ahmed Abu Deef, who took the rules of the Qur'an and its rulings. He was also influenced by Sheikh Marwan Al Qadri Imam and preacher of Al Majdoui Mosque in Dammam, where he was a teacher, educator and mentor. He learned the comprehensive rules for reading the Book of God. He became one of the leading scholars of the Holy Quran in the Arab and Islamic worlds.

After completing his academic career and completing his studies, Sheikh Saad Al-Ghamdi worked in the Imamate in 1411 AH. He became an imam at the Uqba ibn Ghazwan Mosque in Dammam, where he prayed Taraweeh prayer for many years. In 1421 he was appointed imam and preacher on the Mosque of Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo in Dammam. To appoint 1430 AH as an imam in the Prophet's Mosque, where he prayed and supported people during the holy month of Ramadan.

In parallel with this, Saad al-Ghamdi held a number of government positions associated with the religious field, and so worked in the field of teaching between 1411 and 1415 e, and assumed the position of educational supervisor of Islamic Education in the Ministry of Education between 1416 and 1423. He also served as Director of Mohammed Al-Fateh Schools in Dammam between 1424 and 1429 H. He is currently an educational supervisor in the Department of Islamic Awareness in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to his proficiency in reading the Holy Quran, Saad al-Ghamdi played the experience of Islamic songs in 1985. He was famous for his famous songs such as "Our King is for centuries" and "Ghorban". He also has an important library of speeches and audio lessons, (Recited Mushaf for the Holy Quran), and (Hidayat Al-Murtab in the same book as Imam Al-Sakhawi, may God have mercy on him), and (the masterpiece and the island in the Tajweed).
